Why strategic planning?

A: We are not a data rich organization nor focused on telling our own stories of impact. Good governance and impact-focused strategic plan is integral to inspiring support and trust among donors,funders.
Q:
What is your goal of strategic planning?
A:
We want to be sure we are telling the full impact of our work and are curious how we can best measure and tell these stories of our deep reach into Lousiville. And first, we want to be clear about our goals.
